The Specialize team exceeded my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. From start to finish, they were able to remove and install an old furnace, condenser, ductwork with registers, thermostat and refrigerant lines with care and cleanliness, answering all questions I had throughout the process. Thanks Daniel, Joel and Epi for the great work you performed.

Damian was awesome. He explained everything to us to help us understand what was going on with our air conditioner so we could make an informed decision on how to move forward with repair. Christy

Isaias B. came out to our home to assess the ductwork issues we were having, and he was very respectful and efficient! He even discussed how we could practically maintain our own system after he performed the work. The company was communicative about his ETA, which helped my husband and I work around our work schedules, as well.

Update on review. This was only for the Electrical Contractor sent for our inspection. The plumbing inspection rating would be a 3 star

My AC stopped working last night during the extreme heat, so I searched online and found Specialized Home Services. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, which was greatly appreciated.

Josh Perales arrived promptly at 11:00 AM as scheduled. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire service. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and was able to service it efficiently. He also provided a detailed professional quote with competitive pricing for the recommended work.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and Josh's expertise. We will definitely recommend Specialized Home Services and Josh Perales to our friends and family.

Thank you for the excellent service!

Brandon has come out twice now to help us with our AC. The first time we had a leak and the second time it wouldnt turn on at all.

Highly recommend. Great service. Quick to respond. And very helpful in letting us know whats going on and what we can do on our part to keep our house cool during these hot summer days.

The experience began well, took a dive, then ended with a bang!
The first visit had our unit working. Hours later, no air (frightful). A follow-up call was made and Jeff arrived with best of intentions. He was personable, tenacious and would not leave until the problem was resolved. Never tried to up sale me. He is good people.
Thanks Jeff‼

Called Specialize Home Service for their $49 summer tune up special. Jeff came out and checked our a/c unit for any issues. He was very efficient and informative. He gave me options that could help prolong the life of our unit but did not hard sell anything, so there were no surprises for the cost, which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be calling them again for future services.

Met with Carlos, we scheduled an appointment to come see my AC unit because it had a loud buzzing sound. We thought the worse and didn't know what to expect but Carlos offered to give it a thorough inspection for us which would enable him to diagnose the problem. He gave us his honest opinion and was able to clean up our AC wiring and make the necessary repairs to finally get rid of that buzzing sound. I appreciate his honesty and highly recommend his services to each and every one of you needing repairs or services. True blessing
